What is the Femtech Exchange Program
An international Femtech entities exchange and collaboration program
The Femtech Exchange Program is an initiative designed to facilitate the exchange of experience, knowledge and best practices among organizations, startups and companies active in the women’s health sector.
From July 1 to August 31, 2025, you can apply to participate in the program and activate an exchange with one or more Femtech startups from other countries.

Enrollment in the program for Femtech companies in the Tech4Fem network is free and includes a flexible commitment that can be customized with us!

From July 1 to August 31, you can register for the program by contacting Tech4Fem or your Femtech organization (if you are from another country).

On the occasion of Tech4Fem Future Health, the event dedicated to the future of Femtech and women’s health previewed at Rome Future Week, we will present the Femtech Exchange Program and communicate the Italian Femtech startups and companies that have decided to participate and connect!

Meetings are held online in English, according to a jointly defined outline.
Each group shares tools, projects, practices or challenges to face together.
Participating Femtech organizations will also be present during the meetings for support and assistance.

How long does the program last?
Each participant will attend 1-2 online meetings between October 2025 and March 2026. The schedule will be agreed upon individually and shared well in advance.
Do you foresee a selection?
All motivated Femtech entities are welcome. In case of numerous requests, we will include all of them in the program and expand the meetings to more than 2 startups.
In what language will the meetings be held?
The meetings will be in English, so a basic knowledge of this language is necessary to participate in the program.
What are the requirements to participate?
All Femtech entities in the Tech4Fem network and all startups from participating Femtech organizations are eligible to participate.
